feat: autocomplete text field dropdowns
also makes the qb filter use it to show a dropdown of the available values to be filtered on, up to a limit of 50
Other miscalleneaus things:
- made the root html stop showing scrollbars in case of popover
- changed the dropdown content box t be limited by size, and add scrolls in case needed
